I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by this hotel towards my elderly parents. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being, which truly exceeded my high expectations. the tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked and easily accessible, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the charming surroundings. the electric kettle in the room was a thoughtful touch that made their morning routine so much easier. We were pleasantly surprised by the flat-screen TV, providing entertainment and relaxation after a busy day of sightseeing. the convenient location near various dining options such as Annandale Arms Restaurant and Cafe Ariete was a bonus, making our dining choices effortless and enjoyable. Overall, our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and accommodating stay.
